Shipping or Pickup – You Choose
We ship your bike directly from our Nanno factory in Fürth. All available bikes are ready to go and should reach you within 5-9 days in Germany or 7-11 days across Europe. Freight Shipping: Your bike will be delivered curbside, so make sure to keep the packaging handy in case you need to return it. Provide your mobile number during checkout for precise delivery coordination. Pickup Option: Want to pick up your bike? No problem! Select “Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll contact you to arrange the date. You can also pick up from a local dealer in major German cities. Shipping Costs Germany: E-bikes €95, Batteries €80, Family Kit €19, Accessories €8.70 Rest of Europe: E-bikes €150, Batteries €100, Family Kit €25, Accessories €15 Smaller Items: Accessories and parts are sent via parcel services.
Assembly and Setup – It’s a Breeze
When your bike arrives, getting it ready is simple. Just align the handlebar, check the tire pressure, attach the pedals, and ride off into the sunset. For accessories, some extra assembly might be needed. We’ve got you covered with assembly videos on our YouTube channel.
Service and Repairs – We’re Here for You
Need a tune-up? For non-Nanno parts like brakes or tires, your local bike shop has got you covered. For anything more complex, our Nanno dealers or the team in Fürth are ready to help. Just reach out, and we’ll find the best solution for you.
Warranty and Quality You Can Trust
At Nanno, quality isn’t optional—it’s a guarantee. All parts come with a 2-year warranty, excluding wear-and-tear items. Returns – Simple and Hassle-Free
Changed your mind? You have a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy. To return your bike, just contact us at support@nannobikes.com, realign the handlebar, remove the pedals, and pack the bike back in its box. The carrier will arrange pickup with you. Return Costs Within Germany: €80 per bike Within Europe: €150 per bike Shipping costs and the purchase price will be fully refunded after inspection. We reserve the right to charge for any damages or missing items.
